At REVOMAC, Technology is our superpower. Our in-house developed Vibro + Hydro technology has enabled us to break the norm and offer a one-of-its- kind range of block manufacturing machines that vouch for strength and quality.
Our technology also makes use of oil-bath technique for accurate compression and compaction of the blocks , eliminating air gaps and porosity even in the limited operating area.
- Vibro technology ensures uniform density of all aggregates, thus ensuring strength of the product.
- Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) ensure strength consistency of the products as per the requirement
- Our Finite Element Method enables us to assess structural strength of the machine parts and the product. We use CAE tools to develop new mechanisms, analyse multiple load cases, vibration analysis, stress analysis, thermal analysis, joints & geometry analysis.
