Planning and Layout

Upon finalisation of the purchase, a notification is sent to our Service Engineer’s team. They visit the site and assist the customer in preparation of the shed layout plan and electrical layout for power requirements pertaining to the plant.

Operator Training

Post plant installation, the operator incharge is mandated to undergo a 7-days practical training at the client’s site. Our service engineers are skilled and experienced to train the operators so they execute daily operations efficiently.

Spare parts and Logistics:

Our team is efficient in providing remote support in case of a machine malfunction. On request, you can connect the laptop in the PLC panel or share the access with us to resolve the issue. You can also share an image of your panel screen and our team will easily guide you through the process.

Inspection and Maintenance: 

We offer timely and regular maintenance service to our customers. During the warranty period, our service engineer team will be visiting the plant every four months for inspection and service. This also covers any replacements, if at all needed in the machine with your prior permission.

Upgradation & Reinstallation:

We offer assistance and support incase of plant upgradation and reinstallation. This helps in times when the customer is either relocating to another city, or is looking at expansion of the facility in other regions. 

Systematic Analysis

Our automated Human Machine Interface (HMI) is designed to ease the process of problem identification and its corresponding resolution just with a phone call. This can also be done by sharing images of the screen reflecting the error or connecting the laptop to the PLC, thus giving Team Viewer access to the system. Our team is trained to efficiently solve all kinds of problems, saving time, effort and cost of the customer.

Physical Visit

We have Service Centres across several regions to be able to serve better and more efficiently. This ensures timely availability of reliable spare parts and technical assistance. Alongside, our service engineer visits the plant for preventive maintenance every four months round the year.

CUSTOMER TRAINING

With indepth understanding of the customer’s market, we conduct sessions with the client about business opportunities and expansion. Client training is divided between practical training and conference training sessions. 

Practical training comprises the client visiting other operational plants to understand the working, mechanism and labour involvement in the process. Further, we also offer brochures and other reference material for the client’s understanding of the machine and its working.

As a part of the conference training, we take the client through other opportunities around him and his industry that can help him scale up the business and make it more profitable.
