Our automated Human Machine Interface (HMI) is designed to ease the process of problem identification and its corresponding resolution just with a phone call. This can also be done by sharing images of the screen reflecting the error or connecting the laptop to the PLC, thus giving Team Viewer access to the system. Our team is trained to efficiently solve all kinds of problems, saving time, effort and cost of the customer.

Physical Visit

We have Service Centres across several regions to be able to serve better and more efficiently. This ensures timely availability of reliable spare parts and technical assistance. Alongside, our service engineer visits the plant for preventive maintenance every four months round the year.
